Who provides the service

Crelodia is provided by Oleksii Mykolaiovych Pyvovar, an individual entrepreneur registered in Ukraine (“we”). Crelodia is the name of the service, not a separate company. The contact page of this website says how to reach us.

What Crelodia is

Crelodia is a tool that helps a business notice public Threads posts in which someone asks for a product or a service it offers. It searches through the official Threads interface, from the Threads account you connect, and shows you what it found with a link to the original post.

The service is a search tool. It helps you notice a conversation; it does not take part in it.

Early stage, free of charge

Sign-up for Crelodia is open, and the service is free of charge: nothing is sold and no payment is taken.

Until Meta approves Crelodia, signing in with Threads and connecting Threads work only with an account we have added as a tester at Meta, and a search returns at most your own posts. Some functions described on the home page are not switched on yet; what works, and in what form, may change.

If paid plans are introduced, they will be offered under separate terms that state the price and the seller’s details required by law, before any payment is taken.

Who may order a paid plan

When paid plans are introduced, the customer of a paid plan may only be an individual ordering it in their own name and not as an entrepreneur, or an individual entrepreneur or a company registered in Ukraine as a single-tax payer.

A business that does not pay the single tax, and any foreign company, cannot order a paid plan. By ordering a plan, the buyer confirms that they themselves are the customer of the service and belong to one of these categories. If it turns out that this is not so, we may refuse the plan and refund the payment.

Who may use it

You may use Crelodia only if you are an adult. You may connect only a Threads account that you own or are authorised to act for.

Your account, Threads and Telegram

You are responsible for keeping access to your Crelodia account, to the ways of signing in to it and to the connected Telegram safe, and for the accuracy of what you enter. You connect Threads and Telegram yourself and can disconnect them at any time: searching stops when you disconnect Threads, and the bot no longer writes to you when you disconnect Telegram.

What the service does not do

These are deliberate boundaries of the product:

• It does not publish posts, replies or comments in your name and does not send anyone private messages.
• It does not guarantee sales, customers, replies or any other commercial result.
• It does not promise to find every relevant post: it sees only what the official Threads interface returns.
• It does not collect data outside the official Threads interface and does not work around the platform’s limits.
• It does not build profiles of people and keeps no reputation of the authors of posts.

Your replies are yours

Everything you write to people after seeing a find is your own action. You are responsible for your messages and for following the Threads rules and the law, including the rules on advertising and unfair practices.

A find from Crelodia is not advice to contact a particular person, and not a sign that they want to hear from you.

What is not allowed

Your access may end if you use the service in any of these ways:

• For spam, bulk identical messages or repeatedly pressing the same people.
• To work around Threads limits, to automate actions in accounts that are not yours, or to impersonate someone.
• To collect data about people beyond what the service shows you.
• For anything unlawful, or for harassment, intimidation or discrimination.
• To try to reach other users’ data or to disrupt the service.

Your data

What you enter into Crelodia stays yours. We use it only to provide the service to you, as the Privacy Policy describes.

Relationship with Meta and Threads

Crelodia is an independent service. It is not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc., not endorsed by it and not certified by it. Threads and Meta are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.

Using Crelodia also means following the rules of Threads. If Meta changes those rules or the access it gives to apps, the service may change or be limited as a result.

Availability and changes

We may change what the service does, pause it for maintenance or stop parts of it, especially during testing. We will announce significant changes to the people who use the service.

Liability

The service is provided as it is and as it is available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profit, lost revenue or other indirect losses arising from using the service or from being unable to use it.

We are not responsible for the content of public posts on Threads, for what their authors do, or for the consequences of your own messages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or rights that mandatory law gives you.

Ending your use

You can stop at any time: disconnect Threads and ask us to delete your data, as the data deletion page describes. We may suspend or end your access if these terms or the rules of Threads are broken.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. If a disagreement arises, write to us first and we will try to resolve it. If that fails, the dispute goes to the courts of Ukraine, unless mandatory law gives you the right to go elsewhere.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the date at the top of the page changes too. We will tell the people who use the service about significant changes before they take effect.
